The cement silo is a cylindrical structure. The bottom is supported by four tube legs. The whole silo is in the form of steel structure and welded. The top is equipped with a dust collector and a pressure safety valve. When the cement silo is working, it is erected by a special crane, and then placed on the prefabricated concrete foundation to be welded firmly, so the cement silo is a fixed tank when it is in use, and the material output must be strictly through the discharge port. . Therefore, it is very important to ensure the unobstructed discharge port. To ensure smooth unloading of the cement silo, it is necessary to ensure that the materials transported into the cement silo are dry, otherwise stones will be formed in the tank, which will affect the unloading of the cement silo; the bulk materials stored in the cement silo should be inspected regularly. Check whether the cement silo is well sealed, whether there is air leakage, etc. If any abnormality is found, deal with it in time to prevent the problem from expanding. Every time the cement silo is cleaned, the cement silo should be wiped dry to prevent the material from getting wet; when the material needs to be discharged, first open the manual discharge valve at the bottom of the cone, and then transport the cement out through the cement conveying device. In the process of discharging, if the phenomenon of "arching" occurs, press the button of the solenoid valve of the arch breaking device in time to blow air to eliminate the "arching" for feeding, so as to ensure the smooth supply of cement.
