Zhengzhou Jianxin Machinery Concrete Batching Machine Operation Tips

Jianxin Machinery Aggregate Batching Machine consists of aggregate storage hopper, aggregate weighing hopper, flat belt conveyor, frame etc.

Flat belt conveyor normally installed below the aggregate batcher, which is for transport the batched raw materials(Aggregates) to the accumulative belt conveyor.

Aggregate batch machine normally composed by aggregate hopper, discharge door, batch belt conveyor and driven system. Aggregate hopper welded by the steel plate, and equipped with wall plate to increase hopper volume; Vibrator were set in the hopper wall for keep the arch by the fine aggregates in the hopper.

Screen was set on the top of the hopper to keep the large size aggregates feeding into the hopper when loader loading raw materials, which will perfectly keep the batching process high performance.

All Jianxin machinery fine/sticky aggregate hopper were all set with vibrators, these kind hoppers are all set with screen to keep safety production.Discharge gate were setting below the aggregate hopper, adjust the open angle can change the feeding volume of the aggregates. The motor or hydraulic pump of the belt conveyor were driven by the gearbox.

There is a tensioning device at the rear of the belt conveyor, which is used to adjust the tension of the belt conveyor and correct the deviation of the belt.
