How often should concrete batching plant be maintained?

With the growing demand for concrete in the market, the production and running of concrete batching plant continues to increase. The normal operation of concrete batching plants usually depends on the regular maintenance of concrete batching plants by operators and managers. The maintainance work is not only related to the progress of the project, but also has a close relationship with the profitability of the project. In order to ensure the normal operation of the concrete mixing plant equipment and give full play to its benefits, the concrete mixing plant equipment should be properly repaired and maintained. So how often does a concrete mixing plant need to be maintained?
1. Check before each use of concrete batching plant
Check whether the air compressor self-protection device in the concrete batching plant is reliable and the air pressure is stable; check whether the pump water diversion is enough and whether the pipeline is unblocked; whether the bunker bucket door, cement bucket door, intermediate collection hopper door, and discharge door can be opened and closed flexible and reliable; Check whether the connecting bolts of the mixing master blade are firm; Check whether each electrical device is safe and reliable, and whether each limit switch action switch is flexible and reliable; Check whether each lubrication point emergency gear box has enough lubricating oil.
2. Maintenance after each shift
Clean up the inside and outside of concrete mixer, including the material on the discharge Hopper, and rinse them clean; Add lubrication oil on lubrication points, especially the shaft end seal, and this step must not be missed; In winter, water in tha machine should be released; Exhaust the gas and accumulated water in the air compressor cylinder; all switches should be in the non-operating state after shutdown, and the power is cut off.
3. Weekly inspection and maintenance
Check the residual helium condensation in the mixing tank. If there is condensation, stop the work and eradicate it at once (Note that the power supply should be turned off and set special personnel). Check the gap between the mixing blade and the liner. If the gap is not fit, adjust it. Check if the gas system is leaking and whether the operation of the cylinder is reliable. Check the quality and level height of the lubricating oil in the reducer and add or replace it if necessary; Check whether the water absorption valve in the water supply system is reliable. Check whether the electrical components are damaged. Repair or replace it if necessary. Check whether the wiring is loose; Screw and open the blockage, check the shaft seal condition, screw it back if there is no abnomal.
4. Surrounding inspection and maintenance
Check the tension of the concrete batching plant belt, and make appropriate adjustments; check the wear of the blades and liners; check whether the connection bolts of the upper and lower racks, silos, large oblique belt conveyors and other components are firm and the foundation is sink. Check whether there are agglomerates and debris in the concrete batching plant equipment--screw conveyor and clear them if any.
5. Inspect and maintain the concrete batching plant every year
When the concrete mixing plant equipment has been operated for one year, other components shall also be inspected and checked, repaired and replaced except for the above four items.
