If the aggregate conveying system fails, it should be resolved in time.

Through summarizing, after a long period of operation, the concrete batching plant equipment aggregate conveying system may have problems of belt deviation, leakage, slipping, and belt wear. If the belt is deflected at the driving roller, the main reason is that the direction of the belt's vertical width is different or the driving roller is not installed horizontally. The parallelism and level can be adjusted according to the actual situation. If the belt edge is seriously worn, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
If the belt conveyor always runs to one side when it is unloaded, the idler bracket near the deviation position should be adjusted for about1 to 2 centimeters forward along the direction of the belt, and you can also increase the rack at the deviation point properly. If the belt always runs off tracking to the same direction or no fixed direction, mainly because the tightness of the two sides of the belt is different or the belt is installed too loose. Only need to adjust the belt tensioning mechanism.
