According to the actual production situation, check the wear of the lining plate and the pressure plate bolt regularly every month, and replace it in time if it is damaged. Check the looseness of the bearing nut on all sensors of the aggregate bin every week and screw it if it is loose. Before the start of each shift, it must be checked whether the discharge door cylinders can be opened and closed properly.
Then the maintenance of the belt conveyor is also very important. The amount of oil in the drum should be checked before operation. The oil volume should be 2/3 of the drum radius. The oil in the cylinder should be replaced after the first 300 hours of operation. And then, oil should be changed every 5, 000 hours. It is recommended to use the standard L-CKC68 industrial closed gear oil.
