Technology features of Jianxin concrete mixer of HZS180 conc

The HZS180 batching plant is also called a 3m3 batching plant, because the equipment used is the JS3000 forced concrete mixer. Other supporting equipments are batching machines, control systems, cement silo, weighing and pneumatic systems and so on. Concrete mixer is the core equipment of a concrete batching plant and plays an important role in the entire production line. Jianxin selects JS3000 concrete mixer as the host mixer of Hzs180 concrete batching plant to enhance the inherent performance of the product.

This machine uses a unique intelligent lubrication system to optimize the design. The hydraulic discharge door realizes segment feeding, prevents clogging during discharge, and the discharge door has automatic/manual selection, which can be manually opened under power failure and other emergency failures. When the JS3000 concrete mixer works, the transmission mechanism drives the two stirring shafts to reverse rotate synchronously. Each stirring shaft is distributed with 4 to 8 stirring arms and two pairs of side stirring arms. The stirring blades and the scraper are installed on the stirring shaft. After the materials are put into the mixer, the agitating blades and scrapers agitate coarse and fine aggregates and admixtures. Then the mixture is moved radially and axially in the middle of the tank, and convection is formed in the cross section between the two agitator shafts, achieve intense agitation of the materials.
