What conditions are required for investing in the construction of concrete mixing plants?

With the continuous implementation of the national environmental protection policy, the construction of a new concrete mixing plant must first meet the requirements of green environmental protection. New environmentally friendly concrete mixing plants must be reviewed and meet certain conditions before they can be approved. By referring to the local governments and the official website of the city construction, we learned that the new environmental-friendly mixing plant must be built in the urban-constructible area. There are no obvious environmental constraints, water, gas, sound and other environmentally sensitive targets should be avoided, and they should be far away from residential areas where residents are concentrated and areas where water resources are collected. It is appropriate to build stations around sand and stone bases where the materials are concentrated. This is the general principle. In addition, there are specific requirements for the layout of the scale of the new environmentally-friendly concrete mixing plant as follows:

1. The overall planned area of the station should not be less than 30 mu. Two environmental protection concrete production lines with theoretical productivity of 180m3/h and above should be equipped. The main export of vehicles should be equipped with automatic car washing device, timely cleaning of large cargo vehicles, such as commercial concrete transport vehicles, sand and stone trucks, bulk cement transport vehicles, and so on; the production area and living area should be separated, and there should be enough regional green belts in the station. The station area should be separated by transparent or green wall, and the height should be over 2m. Open construction is not allowed.
2. In addition to the production area, the station should be equipped with relevant facilities such as laboratory, office building, parking lot, car wash station, testing station and cultural entertainment.
3. The diversion canal should be properly arranged around the station and inside to collect sewage to ensure that the sewage in the station does not overflow; the clarification (precipitation) pool with no less than 3 and a single volume of not less than 40m3 should be set in the station for sewage classification and sedimentation; A clear water pool with a quantity of no less than one and a single volume of no less than 60 m3 shall be provided, and a slurry mixing tank of no less than three and a single volume of no less than 20 m3 shall be disposed to treat and utilize the slurry water.
4. If the slurry water filtration system is adopted, the clarification (precipitation) pool, clear water tank and slurry water mixing tank shall be set according to the requirements of the equipment.
5. A closed type gravel yard with an area of not less than 3000 m2 should be set.
6. According to the design of the main mixing plant, the special filling area for bulk powder transport vehicles should be reasonably set, and the semi-closed design should be adopted to reduce and isolate the noise during the filling process.
7. The main and secondary lanes should be reasonably set according to different driving vehicles within the station yard. The main road width is no less than l0 meters, the secondary road width is not less than 8 meters, and the mechanical vehicle road turning radius is no less than 12 meters; and independent sidewalks are provided to ensure the people and vehicles in the office area are diverted. The ground of the station road and the production operation area shall be made of dust-free cement concrete or asphalt concrete hardened ground. Take measures to keep the roads in the station clean, and there is no visible dust when the vehicle is driving.
8. The unhardened open space in the living area and office area should be greened, the greening rate of the station should not be less than 15%, and the three-dimensional greening of the building should be actively promoted.
