Explanation of the working principle of the forced concrete mixer feeding system

As the mainstream of most of the equipment used in concrete mixing mechanisms, JS series forced double-shaft mixers have been well received by commercial concrete mixing stations and engineering concrete mixing stations around the world for their superior performance. The forced mixer is different from the self-dumping mixer. The forced mixer has high working efficiency, good mixing quality and convenient and safe operation. Suitable for a large number of concrete mixing production work.

 

     There are two ways to load the concrete mixing station, and the belt conveyor is loaded or the hopper is loaded. The former is mostly used for large stations, the latter is mostly used for small and medium-sized stations, and is fed by a hopper that is supplied by the mixer. The structure of JS forced concrete mixer consists of feeding, stirring, water supply, electric, unloading, site, cover, and legs. During operation, the electromagnetic brake motor drives the reel through the reducer, and the wire rope climbs up along the loading rack rail through the pulley pulling hopper. When climbing to a certain height, a pair of rollers on the bottom door of the hopper enters the horizontal rack of the loading rack, and the bucket door Automatically open, the material is put into the mixing tank through the feed port on the cover.

    To ensure that the hopper is in place, install a limit switch on the loading rack. The upper limit has two limit switches, which respectively limit the lifting limit and safety protection of the hopper. The lower limit has only one limit switch. When the hopper descends to the bottom of the pit, the wire rope is slightly loose, the spring lever mechanism makes the lower limit position, the hoisting mechanism automatically stops, and the lower limit position and the spring lever mechanism are mounted on the top of the upper rail. The brake motor ensures that the hopper can be reliably parked at any position during full load operation.
